To ensure a smooth transition from shipping company to driver; ensure that the Bill of Lading are attached to the delivery information.



IDENTIFICATION

​

A copy of a valid government issue I.D. should accompany your attachments for verification of ownership once the service is chosen. This i.d. HAS TO BE as it is on the package.



LETTER Of AUTHORIZATION

A letter stating that Parcel Knights will be obtaining the package on behalf of the consignee should also be attached to form. 



FEES

Parcel Knights fees are as follows:​

PALLET/CONTAINER PICK UP AND DROP OFF

​

Full Truck Load (non-palletized) Starting at $300

​

Pallet: $50 per pallet + $25 surcharge per location

​

Skids: $75

​

Crates: $75 + $25 surcharge per location

​

Forklift + Trucking: $125 (Forklift charge)

​

Container Inner City Roundtrip: 20ft ( $200)/40ft ($250)

​

Container Outbound city limits: 20ft ($300)/40ft ($350)
